Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and store dishes and kitchenware per standards.
• Deep clean walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines.
• Clean tilt skillets daily per sanitation standards.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from kitchen areas.
• Operate pressure-washing equipment for designated areas.
• Inspect chemical storage areas for proper labeling and safety.
• Change fryer oil and refresh filtration systems.
• Monitor salt inventory to support operations.
• Set up and transport outdoor cooking equipment as required.
