Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment at all times.
• Perform opening and closing side work as required.
• Keep storerooms and refrigerators clean and organized.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Complete daily HACCP logs for compliance.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and station cleanliness.
• Stock concession outlets and ensure proper shelf placement.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
