Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives to work station on time, groomed and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner; models suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows and complies with procedures, including health and sanitation and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working/shopping environment; maintains equipment safety standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing; reports safety hazards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
