Qualifications

• Must perform duties in accordance with SOPs.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Adheres to health, safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage and rotation.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists customers and team members.
• Maintains proper prep, storage, stocking, and merchandising procedures.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; reports safety hazards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
