Job summary

Bally's in Iowa is seeking a Steward to maintain clean kitchen equipment and assist the kitchen staff in readiness for service.

Responsibilities include washing and storing all gear, delivering stock from receiving, and ensuring kitchen floors and cookers are clean; a flexible schedule is required, including late nights, weekends, and holidays. A High School Diploma or GED is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Clean and wash all kitchen equipment, pots, pans using the dishwasher as appropriate.
• Properly store all kitchen equipment.
• Deliver and properly store all stock from receiving department.
• Clean floors in the kitchen area and cookers.
