Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated's Presque Isle Downs & Casino in Erie, PA, is hiring a kitchen cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and smoothly running kitchen. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and culinary areas; lifting up to 40 lbs; standing for extended periods; and working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

High school diploma is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and store kitchen equipment, glassware and utensils.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and report maintenance issues.
• Work in deep freezers and around steam cleaning equipment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
