Job summary

Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa on Alabama's Gulf Coast seeks a dedicated Steward (Dishwasher) to uphold spotless kitchens and safe sanitation, supporting nine dining venues and world-class service.

You’ll clean dishes, run the dishwasher, mop floors, restock supplies, and assist with other kitchen tasks as needed. High school diploma preferred; 1–3 months kitchen experience a plus. This role also offers on-site dining discounts and growth opportunities within the hospitality network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of relevant kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and pre-clean dishes before loading into the dishwasher.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain proper cleaning solutions.
• Hand wash pots and pans for readiness.
• Sweep and mop floors, maintain cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Restock supplies and assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with Back Aisle or other kitchen roles as required.
