Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas according to company and Health Department standards.
• Prepare basic food items efficiently and accurately following approved recipes and production guidelines.
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring all tools, dishes, and equipment are readily available and properly stored.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and food-handling regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with waste removal, dishwashing, and general kitchen organization.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and communicate effectively with culinary staff and leadership.
