Qualifications

• Essential duties include cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas and equipment.
• Operates dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and related machines.
• Washes and sanitizes work surfaces and equipment as assigned.
• Assists with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
• Complies with safety and sanitation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Operates large electric machines used in food prep and dishwashing.
• Washes dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other equipment.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas following safety rules.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup as requested.
