Job summary

Bally's in Kansas City, MO is seeking staff to provide welcoming guest service in a casino setting. You will assist guests, maintain a clean work area, and ensure safety and compliance with gaming regulations.

The role requires the ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, and to follow all policies. A High School diploma is required; MO Gaming License Level 2 is preferred for applicants.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly attitude toward guests at all times.
• Fill ice bins as needed.
• Empty garbage and mop floors.
• Know casino events and promotional activities.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Ensure safety and security of team members and guests.
• Follow policies and procedures established by Bally's and management.
• Work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Read, write, and understand simple instructions.
• Communicate with all departments and fellow team members.
• Adhere to Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and health/sanitation laws.
• Handle situations with intoxicated guests.
• Perform duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under time pressures.

• Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.
