Description
Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar in Fremont, NE has an excellent opportunity for cooks in our high volume, full-service restaurant and sports bar. The Kitchen staff position is an important part of every meal we serve and each guest's experience in our restaurant.
They prepare and/or direct the preparation of food to be served complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. Ensure appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste, and fraud.
