Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and package hot and cold food items (such as breakfast items, sandwiches, pizza, or roller grill items) according to store recipes and standards.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, utensils, and dishes throughout the shift to maintain health department standards.
• Inventory Control: Monitor food levels, restock ingredients, and ensure items are properly rotated using the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method.
• Food Safety: Follow all food handling, temperature tracking, and safety guidelines strictly.

Qualifications
