Job summary

Schlotzsky’s Corporate is seeking a kitchen associate to execute brand standards and maintain product quality across prep, meat/cheese, pizza, soup and bakery stations in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow recipes, read tickets, and maintain clean workstations while meeting speed-of-service guidelines. Responsibilities also include collaborating with management on customer issues and adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate certain kitchen equipment.
• Proficiency across all kitchen stations and guest service.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow prep standards for vegetables, meats, and cheeses and prepare quantities shown on daily PAR sheets.
• Prepare soups, salads, and bakery items according to recipes and procedures.
• Slice buns and plate pizzas, following established standards and safety rules.
• Maintain clean, organized prep stations and work areas at all times.
• Handle customer tickets and ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
