Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must complete Flippers Pizzeria MIT Program.
• Serv Safe Manager Certification.
• One year of full-time restaurant experience, with previous supervisory role in the restaurant industry preferred.
• Passion for fresh food and customer service.
• Unfailing work ethic and integrity.
• Ability to attract and foster a quality staff and inspire them to greatness.
• Professional presentation and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Relentless focus on customer experience through hiring, training, and staffing.
• Proficient department leadership based on job descriptions.
• Lead professionally, following Flippers Pizzeria handbook policies to build strong, accountable teams.
• Develop a strong back-of-house and front-of-house dynamic and guide teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents in the restaurant.
• Use department assessments daily to reach an Excellent level in new hires.
• Ensure food quality by cooking/prepping to order, following kitchen procedures, and monitoring inventory.
• Maintain recipe knowledge for all menu items and keep line crew focused on special requests.
• Maintain professional conduct and fair treatment; address concerns promptly and confidentially.
• Ensure punctual attendance and reliability as essential to operations.
