Flippers Pizzeria in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks an Assistant Manager to guide daily operations and deliver a positive guest experience. You will work side-by-side with the team, lead by example, and jump into any area of the restaurant when needed.

The role requires 18+ and a high school diploma, with a friendly, self-motivated attitude, and proven customer service in a fast-paced setting. You’ll train staff, support performance, and help ensure food quality, safety and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with a friendly, out-going attitude.
• Effectively able to train and lead all team members.
• Has experience providing excellent customer service, with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced environment.
