Chick-fil-A King George is seeking a Kitchen Shift Leader to oversee a high-volume kitchen. You will lead a team with urgency, maintain food safety standards, ensure cleanliness, and drive fast, accurate service. The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and guest satisfaction in a positive, fast-paced environment.

You will mentor Team Members, coordinate with leadership, and ensure readiness for peak periods while upholding Chick-fil-A standards and guest-first service.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong focus on food safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to coach and develop Team Members in real time.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Direct Team Members based on business needs and priorities.
• Maintain awareness of food safety, quality, speed, and cleanliness.
• Prepare the kitchen for peak periods and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coach and develop Team Members with clear, respectful feedback.
• Open and/or close as required; monitor shift execution.
