Job summary

Enmarket is seeking a Food Service Shift Leader to oversee daily kitchen and foodservice operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while guiding team members. You will lead the food service team, supervise prep and service, train staff, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies; flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Prior experience in food service or quick service restaurants.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
ServSafe certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead the food service team during assigned shifts.
Ensure all food is prepared and served according to safety and quality standards.
Monitor food inventory and assist with restocking and prep.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
Train and coach team members on food prep and service standards.
Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns.
Complete shift reports and communicate with management as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
