Job summary

Enmarket is seeking a Food Service Shift Leader to oversee daily kitchen and foodservice operations during shifts. You will ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer service while guiding team members to run the shift smoothly.

This role requires leadership, reliable communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays. Training and coaching teammates are essential parts of the job, with emphasis on food safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in food service or quick service restaurants.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• ServSafe certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead the food service team during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all food is prepared and served according to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with restocking and prep.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Train and coach team members on food prep and service standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns.
• Complete shift reports and communicate with management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
