Chick-fil-A Livonia is seeking a Kitchen Shift Leader to help guide Back of House operations and develop a strong team. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and ensuring safe, efficient food preparation in a fast-paced setting.

Starting pay is $16/hour with opportunities for increases based on performance, training, and experience. Training, meal benefits, and growth opportunities are provided in a team-focused environment at 11700 Middlebelt Rd, Livonia, MI 48150.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire.
• Enjoy leading, coaching, and developing others.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and responsible with duties.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Prior Chick-fil-A or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

A Day in the Life of a Chick-fil-A Kitchen Shift Leader

As a Back of House Shift Leader, you may:

• Lead and support Back of House team members during daily operations
• Ensure food is prepared, cooked, assembled, and presented safely and efficiently
• Coach team members on proper cooking and food preparation procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen
• Run team member breaks and help maintain effective shift coverage
• Lead restaurant opening and closing procedures
• Communicate clearly with team members and Directors
• Work closely with Front of House leaders to create an excellent guest experience
• Help create a positive environment where team members feel supported and valued
• Lead by example through Chick-fil-A's standards of hospitality, teamwork, and service

• Are comfortable leading a team during busy restaurant operations
• Have reliable transportation
• Are eligible to work in the United States
• Have previous restaurant or Chick-fil-A experience preferred
