Job summary

Elevate Entertainment Group in Austin is seeking a BOH Supervisor who will lead back-of-house operations, ensuring food safety and quality. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities include training team members, ensuring food freshness, and overseeing daily operations. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and hold necessary food

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a shift lead or sous chef experience preferred.
• Must hold Food Safety and ServSafe Manager certifications.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist KM or GM in leading BOH cast members and food preparation.
• Ensure food freshness through proper product rotation.
• Check food storage and temperatures daily.
• Attend training for new menu items and train kitchen team.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties.
