Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guest needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and be a role model for the team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team member.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, act as key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.
• Communicate effectively, both written and spoken.
