Job summary

Publix Super Markets is seeking a dedicated team member to operate and maintain pan washers, rack washers, and floor scrubbers while transporting waste and helping with housekeeping. You will work in a wet environment and assist with chemical storage, following GMPs and safety practices.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, staying punctual, and being able to work any shift, including nights and weekends. A strong team player with good communication and a positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to push or pull heavy equipment.
• Must be able to work in a wet and slippery environment.
• Must demonstrate GMPs and safe working habits.
• Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds frequently.
• Must be a team player with good attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Must communicate effectively and show enthusiasm and pride in work.

Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining cleanliness of pan washers and rack washer.
• Transporting waste from production areas to back dock for disposal.
• Operating and maintaining floor scrubber.
• Helping maintain chemical storage area.
• Assisting with housekeeping duties where needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
