Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in English and ability to interpret instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends & holidays.
• Ability to assemble, disassemble, and operate kitchen equipment.
• Understand HACCP standards and food safety principles and use resources responsibly.
• Maintain a static position for extended periods.
• Routinely move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean kitchen by removing trash, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning equipment, filtering fryers, cleaning hood vents and drains, and washing dishes, pots and pans.
• Assist and work with other kitchen cleaners and staff to perform general cleaning of kitchen areas and maintain a clean work environment in compliance with HACCP standards.
