Country Club of Detroit is seeking a part-time Utility Worker to join our team. The role focuses on cleaning, washing, sanitizing china, glassware, flatware, pots, pans and equipment, and maintaining a clean kitchen area to ensure health and safety standards.

The position involves evening/night shifts with duties including general kitchen cleaning, equipment sanitation, inventory assistance, and basic food prep support for banquet plate ups as needed.

• Successfully worked in a fast-paced environment where organizational and time management skills created daily positive results.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making.
• Flexible scheduling - mostly evenings and nights; potential for some morning and mid-shifts
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsabilités

• Provide proper cleaning, washing, rinsing and sanitizing of china, glassware, flatware, pots, pans and equipment.
• General and deep cleaning of the kitchen facilities to prevent health or safety hazards.
• Protect kitchen assets and assist with inventory, banquet plate ups when needed.
• Assist with basic food preparations as needed for banquet plate ups.
