Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen Runner at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Texas. This full-time role on 1st & 2nd shift pays $18.80 per hour and supports banquet and kitchen operations by delivering food, stocking, and assisting chefs.

Location: Westlake, TX area, with opportunities to grow within Benchmark Hospitality managed property. Responsibilities include delivering to kitchens, FIFO storage, driving a golf cart, setting up serving stations, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience working in Stewarding, Kitchens or cleaning areas preferred.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old due to vehicle insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to all kitchens, including the cafeteria, when needed.
• Assist in putting food and supplies away in the kitchen according to FIFO standards.
• Drive a golf cart and a small box truck to move food and equipment safely.
• Set up and take down stations for serving and cleaning dishes.
• Talk with the chef and banquet leaders to make sure all needs are met.
• Keep food and drink areas clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
• Help keep all kitchen equipment clean and in order with the steward team.
• Put kitchen tools and equipment back in the correct place after use.
