Job summary

Monarch Kitchens in Charlotte, NC is hiring remodel technicians to demolish and install kitchen remodels, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Candidates should have 1+ year remodeling experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and be willing to travel up to 25% with hotels and per diem provided.

• 1+ year remodeling experience.
• Must have reliable access to a pickup truck or similar work vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license & clean MVR.
• Ability to pass 50-state background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (paid hotels + per diem provided).
• No high school diploma required.
