Job summary

Monarch Kitchens is hiring a remodeling technician to join our team. You will perform demolition and kitchen remodel installations while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with travel up to 25% and paid hotels/per diem provided. We offer a company-provided 6x10 trailer, company iPad, 401(k) with match, PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year remodeling experience.
• Must have reliable access to a pickup truck or similar work vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license & clean MVR.
• Ability to pass 50-state background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (paid hotels + per diem provided).
• No high school diploma required.
