Job summary

Monarch Kitchens is seeking a hands-on installer/helper in Phoenix, AZ. You will assist with demolition, plumbing support, tile preparation and cabinetry installation, drywall finishing, painting, and general site upkeep. The role emphasizes professional customer interaction and a neat, safe work environment.

No experience? We’re willing to train a motivated candidate who arrives ready to learn and grow with the team. This is a full-time, in-person position with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Pass a 50-state background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clear MVR.
• Own truck.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (paid hotels + per diem when applicable).
• Professional appearance and customer-friendly demeanor.
• Dependable and punctual.
