Ideal candidates have sales drive in home improvement, design, or remodeling, with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. Excellent income potential via commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability in kitchen remodeling, home improvement, cabinetry or design.
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
• Professional, confident, and approachable communication.
• Comfort discussing budgets and overcoming objections respectfully.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and time-management habits.
• Basic understanding of kitchen design, measurements, materials, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in homes, showroom, or virtually.
• Build trust and understand goals, style, budget, and timeline.
• Recommend cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fixtures, layouts, and related services.
• Measure spaces and gather accurate project information.
• Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals.
• Explain remodeling process, pricing, timelines, and financing options.
• Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Close sales and collect agreements and deposits.
• Coordinate with designers, estimators, project managers, and installers.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout pre-construction.
