Kitchen Tune-Up Main Line, PA is seeking a driven Business Development Outside Sales professional in Exton to connect homeowners with kitchen and bathroom transformations. You will develop leads while the sales team closes, operating on a straight commission structure that can pay $65,000 to $95,000 once the pipeline is built.

You’ll build relationships with homeowners, realtors, designers, and local pros, represent the brand at events, and drive local awareness through networking and referrals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to attend events and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Conduct on-site connections with prospective customers to assess kitchen and bathroom remodeling needs.
• Present Kitchen Tune-Up products and services, including cabinet refacing, redooring, and custom cabinetry at shows and events.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and follow up consistently to schedule the appointment.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local realtors, property management, designers, and home improvement professionals who sell appliances or flooring for referral partnerships.
• Meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Represent the brand at local events, home shows, and community functions to drive brand awareness.
