Job summary

Monarch Kitchens in Greenville, SC is seeking a Kitchen Remodel Apprentice to learn and contribute across the remodeling process from demolition through finishing touches. You will work in-person, on-site, and collaborate with a professional team on residential projects.

No experience is required; we will train the right candidate who shows up ready to learn. The role offers hands-on training, competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth into Lead Installer positions.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a 50-state background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clear MVR.
• Own truck.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (paid hotels + per diem when applicable).
• Professional appearance and customer-friendly demeanor.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Preferred: 6+ months of remodeling, construction, or trade experience.

Pay: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour (DOE)
