NuProduce Solutions is seeking a Lead Hand for our Bowling Green, OH facility to supervise and train production teams in fresh produce processing. You will ensure daily production duties are completed, uphold GMPs, and coach staff in a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

The role offers steady hours, full-time permanent employment, and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate has prior supervision and training experience and can work a flexible schedule in a refrigerated setting.

Qualifikationen

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Experience training and coaching employees.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in a food processing facility.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead department within the production lines to complete daily production duties.
• Provide training for new team members.
• Provide coaching and support for production team employees.
• Monitor and maintain vertical form filler machine.
• Ensure that all documentation and checks are completed during your shift.
• Ensure all SOPs are being followed.
• Communicate with Supervisor and Production Manager to ensure equipment is checked, repaired and sanitized prior to running production.
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to throughout the plant.
• Assist employees on a hands-on basis as needed.
• Work efficiently to increase overall yield.
• All Health & Safety Policies are adhered to.
• Other related duties as assigned.
