Job summary

You'll split time between design execution and supplier support, contributing to trend boards, color callouts, and design reviews while learning mass-market production, costs, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in product or surface design.
• Portfolio showing strong design skills, ideally including kitchen, tabletop or home product.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint; InDesign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create concepts, sketches, product and decoration artwork for cookware, bakeware, GCLH and luggage under senior designer guidance.
• Produce production-ready CADs, artwork, color callouts, spec sheets and tech packs for suppliers.
• Prepare design packages, track samples, and document feedback for supplier reviews.
• Join design reviews, take notes, and write redlines for suppliers.
• Collaborate with Product Development in Bentonville to keep briefs and timelines updated.
• Build trend boards and mood boards to inform seasonal direction.
• Coordinate with kitchen textiles and home categories to maintain brand continuity.
