Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick in Gulf Shores, AL is seeking a prepared and reliable team member to prepare chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies and desserts using a variety of equipment. You will follow CSC recipes, SOS goals and maintain kitchen cleanliness, while adhering to brand standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming.

Duties include completing open/close prep, referring to daily prep lists, ensuring correct portions, and assisting management with closing

Qualifications

• Adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming.
• Follow Daily Prep List and assigned duties.
• Understand and comply with CSC recipes, portion sizes, SOS goals, and kitchen rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of products (chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts) per CSC recipes and standards.
• Adhere to CSC portion sizes, cooking methods and quality standards.
• Prepare all Guest orders with attention to quality, portioning and appearance.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and equipment.
• Close the line kitchen according to the closing checklist.
