Qualifications

• Must follow brand standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming.
• Assists with opening and closing prep and checklists.
• Prepares a variety of food products according to CSC recipes and standards.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station.
• Attends scheduled employee meetings and contributes suggestions.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and grooming.
• Complete opening and closing prep and checklists.
• Refer to Daily Prep List at start of shift for duties.
• Prepare chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts for serving to Guests.
• Maintain required portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen rules and procedures.
• Keep work station, equipment, and surfaces clean and sanitary.
• Close the kitchen properly following the closing checklist and assist others.
• Attend all meetings and participate with improvement suggestions.
• Report equipment and food quality problems to Management promptly.
