Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe.
• Maintain high quality of inventory and fresh produce.
• Manage inventory levels and storage areas.
• Track expiration dates on products.
• Keep kitchen equipment and areas clean.
• Complete opening or closing duties as directed by management.
