Job summary

Fogo de Chão in San Jose seeks a Kitchen Prep team member to support preparation and presentation of salad bar items, sides, and desserts with efficiency. You will help maintain high quality inventory and ensure freshness, while keeping storage organized and clean.

Responsibilities

• Ensures inventory and fresh produce quality meet high standards.
• Manages inventory levels and storage area with attention to expiration dates.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas; completes shift duties as directed.
