Qualifications

• Able to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis.
• Able to stand or walk up to 8 hours/day on a regular basis.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions written in the English language.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug-screening.
• Must have a valid Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler's Training Card.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, cuts, and slices vegetables for each production recipe.
• Prepares chicken, meat, and fish items for each production recipe.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of own work area.
• Works in refrigerated environment during part or all of the day.

Skills
