Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe.
• Ensures high quality of inventory and fresh produce.
• Manages inventory levels and storage spaces; tracks expiration dates.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Completes opening/closing shift duties as directed by management.
