Responsibilities

• Prepare and present all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe.
• Ensure quality of inventory and fresh produce.
• Manage inventory levels and storage areas.
• Assist with tracking expiration dates on products.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete opening/closing shift duties as directed by management.
