Fogo de Chão in Glen Allen, VA is looking for a Kitchen Prep team member to support salad bar, sides and desserts with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality inventory, proper storage, and assisting with opening and closing duties in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present salad bar items, side dishes and desserts per recipes.
• Ensure inventory and fresh produce meet highest quality standards.
• Manage inventory levels and storage area.
• Track expiration dates on all products.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete opening or closing duties as directed.
