Fogo de Chão is looking for a Kitchen Prep team member in Friendswood, TX. You will prepare and present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts, while ensuring quality and freshness of inventory and proper storage.

You’ll assist with expiration tracking and keep kitchen areas clean, plus complete opening or closing duties as directed. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe, efficiently.
• Ensure inventory quality and freshness meets high standards.
• Assist management with tracking expiration dates and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas.
• Complete opening or closing shift duties as directed by management.
