Job summary

Jimbo is seeking a dedicated team member to support the Deli Counter and kitchen operations. You will help prepare foods, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and assist customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring health regulations are followed, sanitation of equipment, and timely production according to daily lists. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow Health Department regulations and obtain a Food Handler’s Certificate within 10 days of employment.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to accept direction from various people.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, sanitize, and put away kitchen equipment, pots, pans, and utensils in an organized fashion.
• Maintain 3-compartment sink in compliance with Health Department regulations.
• Assist Chefs with food preparation by following the daily production list.
• Transfer dirty hand towels into laundry basket.
• Sweep and mop the walk-in and Kitchen floor each shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area per Health Department regulations.
