Job summary

Marlow's Tavern is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Prep to support our culinary team in Orlando. You will clean, sanitize, and prepare ingredients while helping maintain a smooth kitchen workflow and ensuring high standards of food safety.

You’ll collaborate with the chef and management to learn daily features, adjust prep lists, and help sustain a clean, efficient work environment. This role requires reliability, good English communication, and the ability to work varied day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to work day and night shifts between 11am-11pm.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Speak, read, write and understand English.
• Able to taste food and beverages to learn flavor profiles.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Follow uniform standards daily.
• Communicate with chefs and managers about daily features and shift information.
• Prepare raw ingredients and set up station for production.
• Assist in dishwashing and maintain dish station for cleaning.
