Responsibilities

• Adheres to all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintains clean and organized dish and prep stations.
• Communicates with chef and managers about daily features and shift information.
• Retrieves and preps food products from storage based on daily needs.
• Sets up station with food products and utensils for production.
• Cleans, portioning ingredients and preparing items per recipes.
• Maintains proper temperature of equipment and stored food.
• Inspects food for quality and presentation.
• Operates dish machine and ensures sanitation of wares.
