You will assist with food prep, ensure ingredients are ready for service, and maintain a clean kitchen. You will work closely with front-of-house staff to coordinate timely service and support inventory management as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to KPOT's standards.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure all ingredients are fresh and ready for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to coordinate timely service.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Manage time to ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and all dishes are ready for use.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with the front-of-house and management regarding allergy orders.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and hospitality-focused attitude at all times.
• Be a team player, assisting other team members whenever needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
