Perky Beans Coffee & PB Cafe is currently hiring for a full-time or part-time Kitchen Prep Cook to help our kitchen run smoothly in the Leander, TX area. This food service position at our cafe earns a competitive wage of $17-$18 per hour, depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare ingredients according to established recipes and chef direction, including chopping, portioning, mixing, labeling, and proper storage
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized prep stations
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
• Ensure all food preparation complies with safety and sanitation standards
• Support line cooks and culinary leadership during service as needed
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
• Communicate proactively regarding inventory or product concerns
