Life Alive, LLC. is seeking a Back Of House Team Member in Boston who thrives in a fast-paced setting and shares passion for our menu. You will keep the kitchen organized, stock inventory, and help ensure quick service while maintaining high quality ingredients and recipes.

You’ll collaborate with BOH and managers-on-duty to meet standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, guest-focused service, and adherence to Life Alive's wellness-oriented mission.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Help achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
• Ensure high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or preparing sauces).
• Prepare recipes according to standard procedures.
• Stocks and prepares stations for service.
• Communicates product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs).
