Willow Valley Communities in Willow Street, PA is seeking a Kitchen Prep Assistant (Part-Time) to support our culinary team. You will assist with meal preparation, salad bar setup, buffet presentations, and cook station support across dining venues.

Starting at $15.00/hour, the role offers weekly pay, tuition reimbursement, scholarships, team events, career growth, and a supportive environment. Schedule includes 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM on Tuesdays and alternating weekends; holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks with food preparation using standardized recipes.
• Measure, mix, wash, peel, slice, chop, and portion ingredients.
• Help prepare salad bars, buffets, and display cooking stations.
• Maintain proper food quality, temperatures, and food safety standards.
• Set up, stock, monitor, and replenish food stations during service.
• Communicate with cooks and team members to ensure smooth meal service.
• Keep kitchen workspaces clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and assist with daily cleaning duties.

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food? Willow Valley Communities is looking for a Kitchen Prep Assistant to help create exceptional dining experiences for our Residents and guests.

As a valued member of our culinary team, you'll assist with meal preparation, salad bar setup, buffet presentations, and cook station support across a variety of dining venues, including restaurants, buffets, country kitchens, display cooking stations, and tray line service.

What You'll Do
