Qualifications

• 1+ years working in a professional kitchen (commercial a plus).
• Health code certification preferred.
• Understanding of kitchen sanitation standards and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes wares, equipment and facility.
• Organizes the dish room and stores supplies properly.
• Washes and disinfects kitchen appliances, surfaces, and floors.
• Assists with waste removal and restocking.
• Supports kitchen staff and responds to chef needs.
